About the role Reporting to the Head of Healthcare Propositions, this role will manage the development of a healthcare strategy for Connected Care.
It focuses on creating innovative healthcare solutions that enhance customer engagement and drive business and commercial growth.
The role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and collaboration with various departments to ensure the successful delivery of healthcare solutions that meet customer needs.
The role demands a person that has significant healthcare experience, is a strategic and commercial thinker, and who is passionate about improving our customers' healthcare experience, health outcomes, and the affordability of healthcare.
Key Responsibilities Lead Development of Prioritisation Frameworks: Design and implement frameworks to identify high-value strategic drivers for deeper analysis, aimed at enhancing customer healthcare experiences, outcomes, and affordability.
Generate Actionable Insights: Conduct data-driven analyses using diverse qualitative and quantitative sources to develop insights and recommendations that inform decision-making.
Present Strategic Findings: Communicate findings effectively and facilitate discussions to validate and refine strategic recommendations.
Identify Key Healthcare Programs: Pinpoint priority healthcare programs and partnerships that enhance Bupa's reputation as a leading healthcare partner and support our customer base.
Leverage Health Trends: Analyse local and international health trends and customer insights to define target segments and develop relevant propositions and health programs.
Engage Stakeholders: Foster relationships with business stakeholders, acting as a trusted healthcare advisor to gather insights and inform strategy.
Monitor Market Developments: Continuously track healthcare market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes to identify and share insights and opportunities with the broader organization.
Champion Health Innovation: Advocate for innovative, customer-centric practices throughout the organization to reinforce Bupa's position as a leading healthcare partner.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with other strategy teams, including the APAC Strategy and Customer Strategy teams, to ensure cohesive alignment across the business.
About You If some of the skills and experiences outlined below resonate with you, we'd love to hear from you! Bachelor's degree (healthcare / business / economics / finance or equivalent) with outstanding academic record.
4+ years' experience in the health / health insurance sector.
Experience translating healthcare insights into strategy and recommendations.
Strong written presentation skills and the ability to convert data into insight and prepare compelling, persuasive reports and presentations.
Possess quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills.
Possess structured thinking and commercial acumen.
Demonstrated drive, ambition, and intellectual curiosity for the healthcare and health insurance industries.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders including technical and functional specialists, operational and line managers.
Able to work across simultaneous assignments efficiently, accurately, and at pace.
