Woods & Co Recruitment has partnered with a leading hospitality group to find a passionate Event & Sales Coordinator.
This role offers the opportunity to work across several dynamic venues, including a popular late-night Asian restaurant and bar, an up-market bistro, an elevated fire grill restaurant, and a state-of-the-art wine bar.
You'll play a pivotal role in event planning, client relationship management, and day-to-day sales operations.

What do you do? Coordinate events across multiple venues, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality service.
Build and maintain relationships with venue hirers, sponsors, and VIP clients.
Collaborate with internal teams, including FOH and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth event operations.
Manage budgets, proposals, and client communications to deliver successful events.
Drive business development through sales prospecting and market research.
What do you need? Experience in event management and sales, ideally within hospitality.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Availability for nights, weekends, and large event operations.
A proactive, customer-focused attitude.
