Housing Officer

In this role, you will be ensuring clients are provided with accommodation that meets the state community housing standards.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about helping people and have the ability to build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The Role / Duties Supporting and fulfilling the accommodation for all clients Supervising and managing properties in accordance with internal processes and external compliance Ensuring clients are provided with accommodation that meets the state community housing standards Advise tenants of housing accommodation rules and requirements Ensure tenancy and property records are kept up to date and information recorded meets the organisations and regulatory standards Maintain positive relationships with external and internal stakeholders in maintaining their tenancies The Candidate Government or non-profit experience / real estate property management experience Demonstrated experience working with vulnerable client groups Property Management registration is desirable, however not necessary Understanding of the needs of people and having fulfillment in helping Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders Current Drivers' License Excellent time management Ability to work autonomously and in a team The Benefits Mobile phone and vehicle allowance 10% bonus based on salary for meeting KPIs Working from home flexibility Annual leave loading 17.5% on top of what you earn for the employment period Onsite parking Celebration of all birthdays, public holidays, Melbourne Cup, EOFY..
