Hr Advisor

Global management consulting firm in growth phase.
This position can be based either in Melbourne or Sydney.
It's full time hybrid.
Our client is looking for a talented HR Advisor to join their dynamic team and help them build their HR function as their business grows exponentially.
This role will have an impact on the P&C culture.
Focus of the role: Engage with all parts of the business as a HR generalist where no two days are the same.
Oversee onboarding of all newcomers, and employee lifecycle processes.
Develop and facilitate HR policies and best practices.
Engage on a range of HR queries, employee relations and performance matters.
Be the SME in their HRIS (Workday).

Your profile: Degree in HR or a related discipline with demonstrated experience in an HR advisory capacity.
Strong ability and an interest to work with the HR system as you will be working with the global HR Systems Team on a few projects.
Strong agility to work through ambiguity and problem solve to build out HR practices.
High level of discretion and professionalism to maintain highly sensitive information.
