We are expanding our team and seeking a qualified HR Advisor to contribute to our mission of creating an inclusive and supportive workplace.
Responsibilities: As an HR Advisor at Approach Care, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic team by: Recruitment and Onboarding: Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Conducting interviews and actively participating in the recruitment process.
Facilitating smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
Employee Relations: Providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Addressing employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment.
Assisting in conflict resolution and mediating employee disputes.
Performance Management: Supporting the performance appraisal process.
Collaborating with managers to identify training and development opportunities.
Contributing to the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
Compliance: Staying informed about relevant employment laws and regulations.
Ensuring compliance with NDIS requirements and standards.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess: Minimum 6 months of experience in HR roles.
Relevant degree or certification in Human Resources or a related field.
Strong understanding of NDIS guidelines and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
