Hr & Payroll Generalist

About Our Client Our client is a globally renowned company within the industrial and manufacturing sector.

The company's Australian headquarters are located in Dandenong South.
This will be a full-time, office-based role.
Job Description Provide HR support and advice to the team within the industrial and manufacturing environment.
Partner with payroll team leader to process weekly pay via 3rd party (ADP).
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders.
Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee records and data within Success Factors.
Support the onboarding process of new employees.
Participate in HR projects as required.
The Successful Applicant A successful HR & Payroll Generalist should have: A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proficiency in ADP & Success Factors.
Sound knowledge of HR practices and legislation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
