About the Position We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive HSEQ Advisor to join our team reporting directly to our Managing Director. The goal will include a clear and defined pathway to the role of HSEQ Manager, for the right applicant. Key Accountabilities HSEQ Documentation Assist in developing and supporting the company's HSEQ systems and certification through creating, managing and monitoring policies, procedures and supporting tools. Actively pursue continuous improvement in business processes and develop/review safe work methods and risk assessments. Prepare and review documented policies, standards, procedures and templates. Incident and Auditing Management Support company incident investigation, reporting and follow-up in accordance with procedures. Perform HSEQ audits including yearly ISO9001 compliance audit. Perform and lead Incident investigations and root cause analysis in line with the company procedure. Authority to stop work activities if deemed unsafe or recognizes failure to follow documented risk assessments or procedures. Compliance and Records Management Administer and maintain HSEQ compliance documentation and records. Interface with customer embedded HSEQ personnel and other Drac management for the purposes of consolidated performance and compliance reporting. Review Drac's and contractor compliance licenses to ensure regulatory requirements are met. Project Delivery Develop and execute project site specific HSEQ plans including risk assessments and related control measures. Ensure that both safety toolbox meeting and pre-job start meeting are performed prior to starting the site works as per project plans. Ensure project compliance on site by Drac, subcontractors, and their subcontractors in line with Drac and/or customer HSE program as well as applicable laws and regulations. Liaise with Project Management on required site targets and reporting requirements. Audit suppliers on HSEQ Compliance. Compliance Training Organize and provide necessary HSEQ induction training packages and deliver induction training sessions as required. Administer compliance training as required. Develop training awareness packages for HSEQ Specific topics. Review workers training competencies and licenses and verification of competency prior to work.
