Design & Build Recruitment – Ballarat Central VIC Our client is an established multi-sector tier 3 builder that focuses on new build & refurbishment projects up to $40m in the North/ West. They build in a variety of sectors such as Industrial, Government, Retail & Education. The company was founded over 30+ years ago and since its inception, has grown year on year and now operates from a number of offices in Victoria. Due to a number of new projects being won, they require a HSEQ Coordinator to join a growing team with plans to strategically grow over the next 12 - 18 months. It is a rare opportunity to join a well-established business but still be a part of a growing team. Roles and Responsibilities: Site inductions Site inspections Prestarts & Toolboxes where required Training & mentoring of site crews Upholding a positive and forward-thinking safety culture Assisting with internal and external audits SWMS Reviews Administration of the project HSE system About You: Cert IV in WHS Minimum 1+ year of experience as a HSEQ Coordinator Labourer, Carpentry, or Operator background highly desired Experience delivering education or health projects ideal Experience on projects $10m - $30m ideal For any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients please contact Alex Cooper at ****** or click apply.
