Company: Victorian Commercial BuilderSalary: $90 K - $130 K + Car + Travel BenefitsLocation: Ballarat with Travel included COMPANY: This professional Regional Victorian Builder specializes in commercial construction projects up to $50 M across Education, Health, Retail, and Government facilities. This business operates on a 5-day work week, with currently 15 live projects all over Victoria. You will be joining a business that has strong ties with Government projects and repeat clientele. You will be part of an award-winning builder who promotes internally and looks after all their staff with regular salary reviews and additional programs. ROLE: In this role, you will promote and lead Work Health and Safety awareness to ensure a safe and healthy workplace. Your core responsibilities will be: HSEQ strategy and policy Incident Management & Prevention Safety auditing Management of the company safety system Management of the company's ISO accreditation including the company's IMS Compliance Reporting Return to work programs Please note - Travel is required within this role. REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate will have: Minimum Cert IV in WHS 5+ years of WHS experience within construction Experience with accreditation processes Experience working on Commercial projects is essential Strong understanding of latest OH&S legislation Excellent communication & problem-solving skills Unlimited Australian working rights All conversations are private and confidential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
