ABOUT THE ROLE As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our HRBP team while gaining experience and insights into human resources practices.
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our HR function and contribute to our company's success.
Key Responsibilities: Inbox Management: Supervise and respond to HR-related queries in the central HR email inbox.
Query Triage: Manage policy-related and general HR inquiries via all communication channels.
Records Management: Maintain employee records and process employment changes and terminations.
Administrative Support: Assist the HRBP team with administrative tasks and key ER/IR projects.
Payroll Coordination: Ensure accurate and timely information flow to the payroll team.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements.
ABOUT YOU We are seeking a candidate with previous experience in an administrative role or similar environment, a strong interest in starting a career in HR (such as a recent graduate), meticulous attention to detail and excellent written communication skills, a keen curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field while managing current responsibilities, strong organizational abilities to improve processes and manage multiple tasks and stakeholders, and a basic understanding of Australian and New Zealand HR legislation is a plus, though a positive attitude and willingness to learn are paramount.
