Human Resources Officer

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources officer to join our client's team in Dandenong South.
As a member of the HR team, this role is critical to the provision of timely and accurate support and advice to all stakeholders regarding employment entitlements and conditions, employment law, and Work Cover processes and procedures.
The HR Officer will be primarily responsible for the management of all employees' personnel files, as well as the daily responsibility for Work Cover management and RTW activities within their respective regions.
