Hvac Technician

The Role As a maintenance Air-Conditioning / Refrigeration Technician in our expanding team, you will be responsible for completing planned and reactive commercial maintenance requests across multiple key contracts (BWS, Qantas, Healthscope & BP).
This role is based in North and Western Region of Melbourne, VIC.
Due to the security clearance required for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen.
Your responsibilities will include: Assemble, install, test, and maintain heating, cooling, and refrigeration equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
Ventilate equipment and controls, ensuring they operate efficiently and continuously.
Perform maintenance work on cooling units.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
Inspect and maintain refrigerators and chilled water supply systems as required.
Inspect and maintain the BMS.
