We are seeking an experienced and dynamic MYP Coordinator to lead and manage our Middle Years Programme (MYP).
About Good News Lutheran College Good News Lutheran College is situated on 20 acres in Tarneit, approximately 30 kms from the Melbourne CBD and has landscaped gardens, recreational spaces surrounding classrooms and buildings.

About You As the MYP Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our Middle Years Programme.
You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and development of the MYP curriculum, ensuring it aligns with IB standards.
Your role will involve providing leadership and support to our MYP teachers, promoting a collaborative and innovative teaching environment.
You will also coordinate and facilitate professional development opportunities, monitor and evaluate student progress, and engage with the wider community to promote the MYP.
Additionally, you will ensure compliance with IB guidelines and work closely with the Middle Leadership Team to contribute to the strategic direction of the programme.
Selection Criteria VIT Teaching Registration Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
IB MYP Coordinator or similar certification is highly desirable.
Proven experience in a leadership role within an IB MYP context.
Strong understanding of the IB philosophy, curriculum, and assessment practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
Demonstrated ability to lead change and implement innovative educational practices.
