We are looking for an experienced and qualified Building Technology Engineer to help grow the ICT offering in Melbourne.
You will be able to establish deep client relationships, deliver high quality service and be challenged every day.
The Opportunity Deliver complex technology projects across a range of markets, developing innovative solutions and delivering successful outcomes for our clients, our people, and Arup.
Be skilled across a multitude of technology-related disciplines in the built environment, including IT Cabling Systems, Active IT Systems (networks), Audio Visual Systems, Electronic Security Systems, 'Io T' and 'Smart Building' initiatives.
Carry out QA checks of drawings and documentation completed by the team producing design deliverables such as Technicians / Engineers / Design Consultants.
Be accountable for significant and complex activities or projects, requiring you to predict and plan future resources.
Is this role right for you? +6 years of experience as an Electrical or Mechatronic Engineer with a specialization in low voltage systems or similar fields.
Experience in building networking technologies (e.g.
structured cabling, LAN, WAN, Network Security, Wireless, etc.).
Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams.
Experience in Data Centre Design work preferable.
ICT Engineering degree related to the role or equivalent experience in related industry sectors.
Wired Score qualification is a plus.
