Job Description: We are seeking an experienced, industry-savvy, and highly motivated Senior Sales Representative to manage our on-premise growth in the Southern states of Australia and New Zealand markets.
This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for the spirits industry, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
The ideal candidate will bring established client relationships with purchasing officers/managers and owners at key bars, pubs, and clubs that will provide immediate sales opportunities.
Our business has an advanced marketing function due to its shared ownership with the Rapid Media Group of Companies, and our sales team will be heavily supported with trade presentations and sales materials built to an extremely high standard to aid their approach to new and existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Exceed sales targets for On Premise channels.
Actively promote our product range and enhance brand visibility.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in alignment with our strategic objectives.
Conduct product training and tasting events to engage and educate customers.
Expand distribution channels and manage existing accounts.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues proactively.
Qualifications: Proven track record in on-premise sales within the alcohol industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
