Immigration Manager

Our international client based in St Kilda is currently seeking an experienced Immigration Manager with 7+ years global immigration experience.
You will be leading a team of Immigration Consultants and ensure the teams provide clients with compliant and best practice immigration service.
This role will be reporting to the Immigration Director.
Duties: Coach and guide the team on technical and complex issues throughout the immigration process; meet with clients, local authorities, and external providers to support consultant, when appropriate.
Personally manage a caseload that may include complex cases and/or high profile clients; assists with client escalations.
Provide training / development plans for the team.
Analyse data and present as requested.
Business development, identifying and pursuing new business leads.
Who you are :7+ years global immigration experience; Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Degree.
Proven success managing a team.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Expert analytical skills.
