About the Job This role requires a blend of technical expertise, particularly in cloud and security, with a strong focus on automation, system integration, and Agile project delivery.
The individual should be adept at troubleshooting, documentation, and working with a variety of tools and platforms to ensure smooth and secure system operations.
Key Responsibilities: Agile Principles: Work within Agile frameworks to deliver projects efficiently.
Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation such as Operational Readiness Checks, As-Built documentation, and Monitoring/Alarm Instructions.
Diagramming: Create system and process diagrams using Visio and Power Point.
Customer Requirements: Understand and meet customer needs and project key performance indicators (KPIs).
System Integration: Integrate systems using tools like VMware (v Sphere, NSXT, VRNI).
Automation: Use Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) tools like Terraform and Ansible, along with CI/CD tools like Bamboo and Octopus, to automate deployments.
Azure Dev Ops: Manage pipelines and version control using Azure Dev Ops and Git.
Troubleshooting & Scripting: Resolve technical issues using scripting languages such as Power Shell, Python, YAML, and HCL.
