Inside Sales JD Solera is seeking 2 highly motivated individuals to join our Australian Inside Sales team based in our Melbourne office.
We are looking for candidates who are IT savvy, with exceptional customer service and solid communication skills.
You will have a passion for speaking to new customers and the ability to build a rapport quickly over the phone.
What you'll Do: Execute the Solera Lead & Opportunity Management process for building sales pipeline including prospecting for new business to develop relationships with key decision-makers, understand and respond to customer needs and track and report on account activity.
Lead generation expertise to include the ability to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including prospect lists, discovery and individual research, tradeshows, telesales, marketing, referrals, partners, website, consultants, and call campaigns.
Ensure CRM tools and Solera value-selling methodologies are leveraged to process and track opportunities.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives for your assigned territory.
Accept inbound and perform outbound telephone calls to identify sales opportunities.
Meet and exceed daily call & activity metrics.
Align with other members of the sales organization to support overall company revenue targets.
What you'll Bring: Excellent English communication skills.
Six months to one year of experience within an inside sales role with a track record of achieving goals and quotas.
Preferred experience with technology and automotive sales.
Preferred Salesforce CRM experience.
Ability to be a team player and perform in a fast-paced, inside sales-oriented environment.
Preferred experience/knowledge of the automotive repair industry.
