Thriving National, full service Commercial Law Firm now has a great career opportunity for a talented Lawyer/Associate to join their well regarded Insurance practice on a permanent, ongoing basis.
About This Opportunity...
As a key player within this team you will work closely with your colleagues on stimulating & significant insurance litigation matters, with a focus on public and products injury liability.
This role will see you deal in matters primarily pertaining to dust-related occupational exposures.
The focus responsibility will be to provide legal representation and Counsel to both national and international insurance clients.
About You...
The successful applicant will need to have: Demonstrated (3-5 years plus PAE) and proven history of handling an injury-based litigation file load (plaintiff background also considered); Excellent attention to detail; Strong 'client service' focus, build/maintain key relationships; Impressive interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships; Exceptional work ethic; Proven ability to effectively manage competing priorities, within a fast-paced dynamic environment; A willingness/eagerness to grow & develop professionally; and demonstrate leadership qualities.
