Position Summary: Provide architectural solution, design, develop, test and support production B2 Bi application.
Need a strong technical person who can understand customer pain points and provide solutions to run the business uninterruptedly.
Mandatory Skills: Key skill set required for the associate: Should have extensive experience and expertise in IBM B2 Bi.
Brings in a consulting-led approach for the IBM SI technology.
Providing solutions on EDI/B2 B issues.
Should be able to work in Partner Onboarding, Migration, Production Support and Platform modernization activities.
Duties and Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive architectural guidance and oversight to ensure that technical solutions align with organizational objectives and long-term strategy.
Manage the design and development process, from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
Mentor and coach team members, providing ongoing support, guidance, and constructive feedback to foster their professional growth and development.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and other relevant parties, to understand requirements, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization, encouraging creative thinking and exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure the quality and reliability of deliverables by implementing rigorous testing processes, conducting code reviews, and establishing quality assurance measures throughout the development lifecycle.
Provide thought leadership in the form of technical insights, best practices, and industry trends, sharing knowledge and expertise to inspire and empower team members.
Act as a technical authority within the organization, offering expert guidance and recommendations on complex technical challenges and strategic decisions.
Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and business units, ensuring effective communication and coordination, and providing timely updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
