Interim Manager - Learning Disabilties

Immediate requirement for an Interim Manager to oversee a small number of supported living properties for adults with learning disabilities in Swindon, Wiltshire.
Applicants are welcomed from experienced managers who have worked in either residential or supported living services, with knowledge of supporting adults with complex care needs (learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, etc.).
Candidates should be able to hit the ground running, troubleshoot, and motivate the staff team.
This position is likely to be offered on a rolling monthly basis, and an immediate start will be required.
A daily rate at market rates is available or pro-rata salaried to be discussed.
