We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Coordinator to provide daily sales activities and drive opportunities to our existing clients. Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, this role will work within our sales team to analyse account information and implement key activities to drive growth, whilst providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Conduct scheduled outbound calls to existing customers to secure new business opportunities. Manage pipeline to close out all opportunities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information in the CRM system to ensure smooth service delivery. Gather and analyse account information and purchasing patterns to tailor sales strategies effectively. Consistently uphold high standards of customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention. About you 2 – 5 years' experience in customer service or sales. Proven ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service. Demonstrated experience in multitasking and prioritising effectively. Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to develop in-depth knowledge about our products and markets. Possesses a positive, friendly attitude and a solid work ethic. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
