About The Opportunity
We're looking for an
Inventory Optimisation Lead
to join our team at T&G Global. Reporting to our Supply Chain Manager, you'll lead two Operations Coordinators and gain exposure to our fascinating, vertically-integrated apple supply chain.
Key Responsibilities Include
Lead and develop a team that adds value to internal stakeholders and customers
Maximise commercial returns via optimised inventory allocation
Oversee the process from customer order placement to product delivery
Process shipping bookings and cool-store logistics movement requests
Create reporting and insights to ensure optimum business decision-making
Continuous improvement of the order fulfilment process to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
About You
People leadership experience – you create engaged, high-performing teams
Strong understanding of the SAP order management process
Commercial, analytical, continuous improvement mindset
Flexible, resilient style – you understand that with a fresh supply chain, there is always a problem to solve against the clock!
FMCG and/or primary sector industry background would be advantageous
