Head of Growth Department: Growth Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Melbourne (HQ) Reporting To: Ben Williamson Description We are looking for a Head of Growth to take our brand, community and comms to the next level. You will sit at the Senior Leadership level, manage a direct team of 2 and have influence across the business. Reporting into one of the co-founders, you will have the support and authority to really grow in the role. The business has proven up two key areas of growth: community-led sales, and content-led outbound sales. You will take over these channels, optimise them, and look to add other growth pillars to the business. The role owns the Australian growth GTM, as well as the global website and socials. The UK team has independent growth GTM. You will support the Sales and BDR teams with great collateral, refinement of message, case studies and refine the prospect/lead flow. Community is a big focus for us, and this role will own Community with a focus on deepening the value delivered to our clients, prospect and the broader market. About you You are eager to roll your sleeves up and get to work - this is a small team and still requires a lot of hands-on work from managers. You know the difference between corporate and start-up roles, and you want to work in a startup. You know how to test, learn, launch and improve. You have had experience leading a small team, and working in a senior leadership role. Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management - internally and externally. A bonus is a keen knowledge of capital markets; interested in market dynamics and what makes companies grow. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Happy to be in an office-first environment (3 days a week in the office). Evidence of high achievement in previous roles. Focus on the stats that matter - disco, demo, sales, revenue. Early-stage startup experience is a plus. Must be willing and able to travel domestically. --The teamYou will report to Ben Williamson, co-founder and co-CEO, and be a key member of the senior leadership team.
