An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated IT & Business Support Administrator to join our growing and successful commercial business based in Port Melbourne.
The ideal candidate will be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has outstanding attention to detail and time management skills.
Reporting to our IT Support Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to: Effectively work with and provide a high level of support to the IT Support Manager and internal users Troubleshooting IT software and hardware issues Coordinating with IT Service Desk to solve any IT related issues Generating monthly sales reports Maintaining the data integrity of our CRM and ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) systems Assisting with the uploading of supplier pricelists into Microsoft Dynamics IT setup for new staff members Managing the offices Printers Maintenance of IT inventory to ensure our IT needs are met and organising the ordering of any additional inventory required The successful candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ERP systems viewed favorably.
You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to build rapport quickly.
You must be system savvy including intermediate Word/Excel skills.
NOTE: This role will require you to be onsite at our Port Melbourne office.
