Now is a great time to join us! The Role In this exciting and varied project role, you will be part of the Business Systems and Innovation team.
The team will be championing the transformational program, including the design, implementation and maintenance of highly efficient solutions that enhance the organisation's productivity and provide true value to the community via seamless connectivity.
You will work on specific projects, which include: Pathway UX / Saa S upgrade Technology One upgrades Pathway improvements Telephony upgrades You will also develop and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, to establish the knowledge required to connect business objectives to vendor capability.
The role will ensure the city's software applications and related business processes are supported and optimised.
About You As the successful applicant, you will have experience in business analysis, problem solving, analytical thinking and application configuration, ideally relating to contemporary local government software applications.
A strong customer service focus and ability to interact and consult with managers, staff, vendors and consultants is a must.
A satisfactory police check is required for this position.
