We are seeking an IT Incident Manager at Defence Health.
You will be responsible for (but not limited to): Implementing effective incident management process, including major incident.
Proactively monitoring and alerting for key business functions.
Managing incident resolution with internal and external resolver groups.
Providing management reports and facilitating continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have the following attributes: 2 years+ of Incident Management experience following ITIL practices.
Able to organise a busy work environment and unplanned work.
Well-spoken and able to express thoughts clearly.
Documentation & process improvement skills.
Previous experience in managing Major Incidents in medium or large scale organisation (preferable but not essential).
