To drive this initiative, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the dedicated team.
Position Overview: As the Project Manager for ERP Finance System / Workflow Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising projects according to established deadlines and budgetary constraints.
This role requires a proven track record in successfully managing ERP implementations, particularly in the finance domain, and driving workflow transformations within complex organisational structures.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and implementation of the ERP Finance System and workflow transformation projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and other relevant departments, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget requirements.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful delivery within scope and budget constraints.
Provide strong leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and communicate updates to stakeholders at all levels.
Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
MBA is a plus.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in ERP implementations and workflow transformations.
In-depth knowledge of ERP Finance Systems and understanding of financial processes.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
