This position will be a combination of remote and onsite support, ranging from BAU support tickets to project-based work.

Role Requirements: Providing a mixture of onsite and remote support to clients.
BAU Support with the potential opportunity to get involved with projects.
Experienced in providing M365 administration and support for clients (Intune, Share Point, Exchange Online, One Drive).
Experience working with cloud-based solutions (Azure / Entra ID).
Provide server support for Windows Servers from 2012 to present.
Able to troubleshoot network and connectivity issues (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) Disaster Backup and Recovery experience (VEEAM, Storage Craft, Shadow Protect).
Implementing and supporting VOIP, 3 CX.
Hardware experience (Dell, Lenovo, Microsoft, HP).
Experience working with Connectwise ticketing system.
Provide friendly customer service support Ability to communicate technical concepts in layman's terms to customers.
Opportunity to get involved with projects.
What else you will be exposed to in the role: Complex Linux environments: Debian/Ubuntu, Cent OS/RHEL Virtualizations - (VMware, Hyper-V & Oracle) Authentication / Access Management Working with data centres.
