As an Iteration Manager, you will play a critical role in implementing Kmart's Agile methodologies and exploring alternative ways of working.
You will facilitate essential ceremonies and collaboration efforts to ensure our teams achieve their goals and deliver value effectively.
What you'll be doing: Foster a scrum-based planning and value delivery method, ensuring alignment with business strategies and team missions.
Facilitate appropriate ceremonies and collaboration needs to support team execution.
Apply pragmatic decision-making to optimize ways of working, including estimation, WSJF, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Continuous Deployment, Continuous Testing, TDD, ATDD, user story slicing, and Kanban.
Conduct head sprint planning and manage vendor relationships, where applicable.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders outside the team, articulating measurable outcomes and maintaining strong analytical attention to detail.
To be successful in the role you'll have: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with significant experience in a large organization, preferably in retail.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, tools, and practices, with a proven ability to facilitate ceremonies and deliver value.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
Strong analytical skills, with keen attention to detail and a track record of influencing change within an organization.
Vendor management experience is a plus.
