ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a creative, motivated and organized individual to join our Cotton On team (inc Cotton On Kids) as a Junior Art Director.
You will focus on providing departments with professional imagery and visual content that is both artistic and commercially focused to engage our customers.
We will look to you to project manage shoot briefs from production to completion, including initial art direction and concepts, the sourcing of talent and shoot teams to deliver high quality imagery and ensuring content is on brand and inspiring.
We are looking for someone who is up-to-date on current fashion trends, talent and stories that will keep our brand fresh and innovative to help deliver our vision.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Degree or qualifications in Graphic Design or a similar art or design subject Managing a project based work log with a strict timeline processes and communicating to other departments Experience in managing shoot production (stills and video), sourcing and negotiating talent Skills in developing creative campaign and content ideas that allow for public relation and sharable moments (beyond an image) Experience working closely and collaboratively with graphic designers, stylists and producers and understanding visual and verbal briefs is essential Fashion Industry knowledge essential OUR CULTURE To describe COTTON: ON in six words is easy; optimistic, passionate, real, energetic, collaborative and, most importantly, ethical.
