Key Account Supply Chain Manager-Pharmacy A great opportunity to work directly with our Strategic Pharmacy customers, as the Key Account Supply Chain leader, driving strong customer collaboration across the end to end value chain, whilst helping to build a best-in-class Customer centric operating model, representing all 4 L'Oréal Divisions.
This is a very exciting time as we continue to build our cross functional collaboration with Pharmacy partners and the KASC Manager Pharmacy role plays a critical role as business partner to our Commercial and Brand teams to enable growth and drive customer satisfaction.
ABOUT THE JOB Reporting to the Customer Collaboration Director, this role is responsible for building strong Customer relationships based on proactive communication, leveraging shared data, risk mitigation and continuous improvement, to deliver best in class service and identify shared efficiencies across the end-to-end supply chain.
The role brings together a mix of Leadership, influence and hands-on operational excellence to ensure our customers have the best possible experience working with L'Oréal: Work with senior and operational stakeholders to improve our end to end customer supply chain with the evolving L'Oreal and customer needs and opportunities.
Lead & Animate regular supply chain collaboration meetings (monthly, quarterly, annually) with Customers at appropriate levels from operational to senior alignment.
Co-Pilot customer joint business plans to ensure commercial alignment and value creation between Loreal and customer supply chains.
Proactively communicate supply chain performance; Initiate and coordinate improvement projects (demand, working capital, physical distribution, sustainability, event planning, digital integration etc).
Champion One Loreal voice for Multi Divisional customers to streamline and deliver clear communication and escalation.
Coordinate forecast alignment on cruising products, promotions and launches between the sales team and the customer.
Ensure the alignment of the catalogue and product information between L'Oréal and the customer.
Create, improve and champion data-driven, action-oriented reporting across our business.
ABOUT YOU Excellent communication and relationship management skills, in particular the ability to build relationships, clearly communicate, and influence both internally and externally for mutually beneficial outcomes.
Strong knowledge of Demand & Supply Planning and S&OP process.
Commercial awareness & negotiation.
Strong analytical skills.
Deep expertise and understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes highly valued (Supply, Demand, Operations, Data etc).
Well-developed knowledge of Planning & Reporting systems & tools.
Motivated, Ambitious self-starter & Change Agent.
Ability to Work under pressure.
Refuses Status Quo & ability to constructively challenge others.
Trustworthy & transparent.
ABOUT THE DIVISION The Role is a multi-divisional role and will connect & interact with all 4 L'Oréal Business- Divisions and will support the Chief Commercial Officer & Customer Collaboration Director & their cross functional teams in ensuring a single voice approach to customers.
This role is based in L'Oréal's St Kilda Rd head Office but is expected to maintain a regular face to face presence in Strategic Pharmacy customer premises.
The Role sits within the broader L'Oréal ANZ Supply Chain & Operations group which includes our Demand & Supply Planning, Warehouse, Customer Care, Master Data and Procurement teams.
These teams work in partnership with our Divisions to ensure we deliver operational excellence & continuously improve our supply chain to achieve greater agility and efficiency to meet the needs of our clients.
