The opportunity: The role is responsible for managing the daily operations of the service and leading a team to ensure exceptional pedagogy and professional practice.
As the Kindergarten Director, you will be responsible for staff management, fostering professional relationships with families and the local community, delivering a high calibre program and ensuring that the service programs reflect the philosophy of the organization.
The Candidate You must have: ACECQA assessed Teaching Qualification + Full VIT Minimum 3 years of Teaching Experience and must be recent Minimum of 2 Years of management experience in the ECE Sector Extensive knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, Early Childhood Legislations & experience implementing education programs.
