How you will create an impact AIG Travel Guard is a provider of travel insurance plans and assistance services covering travelers worldwide through each of the seven centers we have in different parts of the world. From our service center based in Mexico City we provide support to LAC, Spain and Portugal. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be at the frontline of customer support in coordinating risk mitigation activities that ensure our customers are in the best hands while traveling abroad. Responsibilities include: Handling a variety of incoming calls. Explaining policy benefits. Making arrangements for emergency medical treatment. Tracking delayed luggage, and explaining the process for Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption benefits, among others. Carefully documenting each case. What you'll need to succeed 2+ years of experience in customer service. Fluent Spanish, Portuguese, English (reading, writing and speaking). Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office suite skills (Word, Power Point, Outlook). Effective teamworking, communication and customer service skills. A strong orientation to problem solving and sense of urgency. The ability to work with cases that demand a high level of attention, care, fast and accurate responses.
