About the Role Join our Road Injuries team as a Lawyer (1-3 years PAE) on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
You will be part of an experienced and dedicated group of specialised Lawyers, committed to ensuring that justice is available to everyone who needs it.
In this role, your key focus will be delivering a seamless client experience and supporting clients to achieve favourable outcomes.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, diligent, and client-focused Lawyer , ideally with experience in personal injury law and a focus on TAC (Transport Accident Commission) matters.
You will have strong legal technical skills, the ability to manage your own caseload, and demonstrated decision-making and analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities: Meeting with clients and taking instructions Review and analysis of records Drafting written communications to clients Briefing medical experts and allied health professionals Attending court for procedural hearings Briefing and liaising with barristers The experience we are looking for We are seeking someone with a strong client focus , who approaches each client with compassion, empathy , and a drive to achieve the best possible outcomes.
