About us The Department of Government Services (DGS) was established on 1 January 2023 to improve everyone's experience of doing business and interacting with the Victorian government.
We bring important day-to-day services together in one department to make things easy and seamless for Victorians and businesses.
We are doing this by connecting and digitising our systems and platforms across state and local government as well as streamlining our corporate and procurement services.
About the role The Common Corporate Platforms (CCP) program team is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Lead Architect, who will be responsible for the overall architecture for the CCP program.
The Lead Architect provides leadership, direction, and governance to information, platform, and application design for CCP cloud platforms (Service Now/Success Factors/Oracle, etc.).
This role will also play a lead role in the Whole of Victorian Government architecture community, exchanging information with the community and showcasing the CCP architecture.
About you To be considered for the role, you must be able to demonstrate: Extensive experience in the definition and practical application of information architecture for data integration and security domain.
Experience with Dev Ops in large scale complex organisations.
Ability to work with senior leadership to present and communicate the CCP architecture strategy and design.
Ability to lead a team of developers/architects to implement data models, integrations, and security best practices in the CCP program.
Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management in cloud platforms and systems.
