The Opportunity In this role, you will: Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, and the centre community.
Lead and guide teams in creating and implementing an innovative early learning program reflective of contemporary early years practices.
Document and share children's learning and development progress with families.
Contribute to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.
To be Considered You will need: A completed Diploma in Children's Services (or be working towards it).
Prior experience in long day-care settings.
Practical knowledge and experience with the NQF and EYLF.
A current Working with Vulnerable People Check.
