We are seeking a passionate and experienced early childhood educator with a genuine desire to nurture young minds and encourage children's true potential within our supportive services.
Role Overview: As a Lead Educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of our children by offering adventures, laughter, creativity with play and learning while allowing their personalities to shine through in their paintings, storytelling, and dance.
Leading, inspiring, and supporting a dedicated team of educators, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing engaging programs.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of educators, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
Develop and implement appropriate educational programs.
Support each child's individual needs by fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the broader community.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with the centre's management team to achieve strategic goals and maintain high-quality standards.
Qualifications and Experience: Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
Relevant experience in early childhood education, including leadership or supervisory roles.
Current Working with Children Check.
Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth and development.
