Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify potential clients within the automotive and manufacturing sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a knack for research, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate high-quality leads that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients in the automotive and manufacturing industries.- Use various tools and platforms to gather contact information and build a robust database of leads.- Qualify leads through initial research and outreach to determine their fit for our services.- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective outreach campaigns.- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information and interactions.- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience in lead generation, market research, or a similar role.- Strong understanding of the automotive and manufacturing industries is a plus.- Strong experience of understand USA market and processes is a MUST - Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in using lead generation tools, CRM software, and data analysis platforms.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
