What's the job? The Lead Hand position is a key role within our company.
You will be using your leadership skills to lead a team of carpenters/installers using your carpentry skills installing windows/doors in single family and multifamily homes.
The job tasks can be summed up as: Leading a small crew – making sure quality installations are executed Framing and decay repair Caulking and foaming Installing interior and exterior trim Sheathing and papering Be comfortable working with heights and scaffolding General labour 4+ years Carpenter experience Lead Experience an asset Window & Door Installation Experience a strong asset Siding installation experience a strong asset Drywall installation experience a strong asset Who are we?
