What we're looking for: Proven experience: A minimum of 10 years as a practicing veterinarian, with a track record of high-quality care and problem-solving in complex cases.

Leadership & collaboration: Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset to help elevate the team and shape the clinic's direction.
