About You You bring a solid background in leadership development, strategic workforce planning and talent pipeline development, team dynamics, psychometric assessments, training, and facilitation, with excellent public speaking abilities.
Strong research, analytical, and strategic thinking skills are essential.
Key experience includes: Experience in designing and implementing leadership development strategies Knowledge of diversity and inclusion practices Advanced training design and facilitation skills Strong skills in designing and analysing employee engagement surveys Specialised knowledge of wellness practices Proficiency in psychometric assessments, especially for recruitment and selection Registration with AHPRA as a psychologist is required How you can succeed in the role Reporting to the Executive Manager of Organisational Development you'll work closely with the senior leadership team at Hostplus.
You'll support initiatives focused on leadership development, wellness and employee experience.
