Located at our Melbourne Airport Office, we are looking for a Learning and Development Manager in our Liquid and Powder Technologies division to drive the business unit Certification program, learning paths and improvement processes aligned to the Unit and Division strategic goals. Some of the things you might do... Conduct ongoing training needs assessments to assist in performance management and succession planning necessary to meet strategic corporate objectives. Conceptually and intuitively understand how people learn and what makes an effective learning experience. Develop ROI metrics for learning initiatives to assess program and strategy implementation effectiveness. Apply advanced adult learning theories into practical, application-based learning strategy. Ensure that qualitative, financial and time project goals are met and value added to the training solutions. Support the country and regional managers on the process of implementation of learning paths, learning products and infrastructure for their area of responsibility. Together with the stakeholders, analyse, design and develop and implement the best learning solutions for divisional target groups in line with the organizational goals and in line with GEA Academy standards and processes to achieve optimal customer satisfaction. Ideally you will bring ... Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant industry (HR, business education / development). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts/concepts. Knowledge of and experience in project management; being able to lead projects independently.
