Responsibilities Key roles may include but are not limited to: Demonstrating high-level expertise in teaching and learning practice.
Modelling exemplary classroom practice through demonstration lessons.
Collaborating with the school leadership team on effective teacher practices.
Leading the implementation of school improvement strategies.
Providing professional learning and feedback to teaching staff.
Supervising and mentoring student teachers.
Using student data to inform teaching approaches.
