Assisting two Partners in a busy Commercial Litigation practice you'll enjoy being involved in a wide range of diverse and complex matters as well as using your initiative on a daily basis to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Your busy and varied day will include, but not be limited to: Diary management Management of files, open/close and archive Prepare court documents Dictaphone typing Liaising with clients Coordinating meetings End of month billing and expenses Draft general correspondence To secure this exciting opportunity you will have previous experience as a Legal Assistant together with; Excellent written and verbal communication skills Well developed organisational skills Strong attention to detail A pro-active and flexible team attitude Advanced MS Office skills The ability to work both independently and as part of a friendly team environment Let's talk!
