Salary range: $62,123 - $76,425 (pro rata) plus super plus salary packaging Up to $15,900 in salary packaging Flexible locations: Frankston or Ringwood About the role We are seeking administrative assistants to join our Frankston and Ringwood offices.
Reporting to the Administrative Services Manager (ASM), you will undertake various public facing duties such as responding to and resolving enquiries from clients, attending court to administratively clerk, processing clients and maintaining our in-house case management system, all while supporting our legal team in a fast-paced environment.
Additionally, you will undertake administrative tasks assigned by lawyers, liaise with clients, practitioners, and community groups, providing important information about our services.
We're seeking candidates with family law experience (desirable) and strong organisational skills to help us deliver great service to our clients.
We have the following roles available: 1x full time, fixed term position up to 19 August 2025 (Frankston) 1x 0.8 part-time ongoing position (Frankston) 1x 0.8 part-time ongoing position (Ringwood) These roles are based at our Frankston and Ringwood offices on Wurundjeri and Bunurong Country.
About you As our ideal candidate, you will possess: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
Strong communication skills to engage with clients empathetically and effectively, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds.
A commitment to providing high-quality, client-focused services in a sensitive environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with client database management.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team setting, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Experience providing administrative &/or reception support, ideally within a legal environment (highly desirable).
