About This Role...
Providing secretarial and administrative support to a
Partner in a busy practice,
you'll enjoy being "hands on" with files as well as the opportunity to use your initiative to take on additional responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
Some of your duties will include, but not be limited to:
Diary management and arranging appointments
Taking telephone calls and assisting where appropriate with enquiries
Coordinating and assisting with preparation of documents for court hearings
Management of client files and filing of correspondence
Drafting correspondence
Billing files and drafting accounts
Extensive client liaison and general administrative tasks
About You...
To be successful in this role you will have at least 5 years' experience as a Legal Assistant in Personal Injury (ideally abuse claims).
Other favourable attributes include:
Initiative and a pro-active approach
Excellent client service skills
The ability to work both independently and as part of a friendly team
Sound MS Word/typing skills
Top organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
