About the role - full-time, fixed-term until 30 June 2026 A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Department of Education, working as a Legal Operations Analyst in Legal Division's Practice Support Unit (PSU). The successful candidate will bring technical expertise and demonstrated competency in data analytics and reporting to the division. Working closely with internal stakeholders to produce high quality and robust reports, the ideal candidate will demonstrate familiarity with data collection and reporting processes, together with confidence in their ability to quickly navigate data collected through a range of systems including the division's Case Matter Management System. A solid understanding of data manipulation, analysis and reporting, visual data presentation skills, and experience in extracting data from relational databases is essential to the role. Understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes and best practice management of IT applications is also required.
