We currently have a fixed-term (12 months), full-time Lending Operations Consultant position available in our Bendigo office.
The Lending Operations Consultant ensures customers and staff are provided with the highest possible level of quality, service, and assistance.
This is done whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with third-party suppliers and overall delivery of superior service standards.

What you will be doing Loan processing, variations, exception reports, and other lending administration.
Prepare and action mortgage discharges, loan closures, and associated functions.
Certification/bookings, settlements, and loan funding.
Loan contracting & funding.
Ensure tasks are completed within established and agreed timeframes.
Provide outstanding internal customer service.
Participate in relevant training as required.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of Lending Operations services, new systems, processes, and procedures.
Perform other duties consistent with the classification of the position, as directed by Bank Australia management.
Adhere to Bank Australia operating policies and procedures.

Administration experience and ability to prioritise and multi-task.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal.
Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude.
An interest in learning and advancing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Computer proficiency in Word & Excel.
