Why you will love this opportunity as Level 2 Support Analyst at Civica As part of this role, you will have an exciting opportunity to provide Level 2 Support to our esteemed customers in the local government sector.
Your expertise will be crucial in handling any escalations that might arise, ensuring our customers receive prompt and efficient assistance.
Our impressive Level 2 resolution rate highlights the significant role you will play in resolving customer issues.
We are particularly keen on candidates who possess experience in the dynamic asset maintenance industry and have a proven track record in effectively resolving ERP issues.
Your extensive knowledge and skills in these areas will empower you to offer exceptional support and guidance to our valued customers, enabling them to optimize the usability of our cutting-edge solutions.
As a Level 2 analyst you will support customers using the industry-leading inspection and maintenance management solution which has been used by local and state governments for over 20 years.
You'll also have the opportunity to demonstrate your unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards, by leveraging your comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience in dealing with state-based road management and maintenance legislation to fully grasp customer issue requirements.
What you will do to be successful in this role You will be closely working with the developers and consultants to support the software and escalations.
You will have familiarity with Software as a Service environments or cloud applications.
You also bring proficiency in scripting languages or automation tools to streamline support processes.
You will also have Basic Technical, Web Platform, Android or IOS application knowledge.
You will have previous Experience in L2 Application support asset maintenance industry (Nice to have).
You are an expert in customer service and problem solving.
